Thank you for shopping with Elegant Home by Chiara. We are committed to offering a positive experience to every customer. As a small business operating through third-party fulfillment partners, we kindly ask that you carefully review our policy regarding returns and refunds.
⚠️ No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once the item has been shipped. This includes, but is not limited to, customer dissatisfaction, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Please note that sale items and final sale merchandise are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery at buyeleganthome@gmail.com. Please include:
your odder number, your name address, photo of the damage or wrong item, and an explanation what has happened Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval.
